Use only paracetamol for fever and pain. Do NOT take ibuprofen, aspirin, diclofenac or other NSAIDs: they raise the risk of bleeding. Drink plenty of fluids. Go to hospital for severe stomach pain, repeated vomiting, bleeding gums or nose, black stools, or extreme tiredness.
